NOTICE TO ONLINE ENTRANTS: In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Entry materials/data that have been tampered with or altered, or mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices are void. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible or postage due mail/entries; or (ii) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (iii) any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of entry if it becomes technically corrupted, (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the sweepstakes), and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to withdrawal.

Description: The Brotherhood Outdoors Watch and Win Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins at 11:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 7, 2013 ("Sweepstakes Start Date") and end at 9:00 AM (EDT) on July 26, 2013 ("Sweepstakes Period”) where participants are invited to watch the original airing of three episodes of the Brotherhood Outdoors television program (“Show”) on Sundays between the hours of 11:00 AM and 11:30 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) or the re-runs on Tuesdays between the hours of 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM (EDT) and Thursdays between the hours of 6:30 PM and 7:00 PM (EDT) (“Sweepstakes Period”). Check local TV listings for Show schedules in your local viewing area, which may be changed or pre-empted without notice or check local station broadcasting programs for details. Each Friday morning prior to the Sunday airing of the first three episodes, a question about that week’s episode of the Show will be posted at www.brotherhoodoutdoors.tv/contest. Participant can select his/her answer to the question from a multiple choice listing at www.brotherhoodoutdoors.tv/contest and submit his/her answer via an online form or by mail (as described in the “How to Enter” section below). Each question will be posted at www.brotherhoodoutdoors.tv/contest from Friday at 9:00 AM (EDT) through the following Friday at 9:00 AM (EDT). Entrants will receive one (1) entry per week into the applicable Sweepstakes drawing for every correct answer they submit, for a total of 3 possible entries. Sweepstakes is sponsored by the UNION SPORTSMEN’S ALLIANCE, a non-profit organization established in the state of Tennessee (“Sponsor”) and located at 3340 Perimeter Hill Dr., Nashville, TN 37211. Prizing is provided by the Sportsman Channel, a television and digital media company located at 2855 S. James Drive, Suite 101, New Berlin, WI 53151.

Eligibility: NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age (or legal age of majority under applicable law, whichever is older) or older at time of Entry, except Employees, board members, officers and directors of the Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, and vendors (collectively including Sponsor, “Sweepstakes Entities”), their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings, spouses) and persons living in the same household (whether related or not). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

How to Enter: To Enter Online, participants can enter the Sweepstakes online or by mail. To enter the Sweepstakes online, access the Brotherhood Outdoors sweepstakes page www.brotherhoodoutdoors.tv/contest ("Web Page") starting on July 7, 2013 and ending on July 26, 2013 OR visit the Brotherhood Outdoors website www.brotherhoodoutdoors.tv (“Web Site”) and select the Sweepstakes icon or image, which will open the Sweepstakes entry page. To earn up to three total entries in the sweepstakes, participants must choose an answer to the week’s Show question from a multiple choice list and enter his/her name, telephone number and cell phone number, email address, complete address, Union and Local, and then follow the online instructions to "submit" his/her entry information. The entry period for each question begins on Friday at 9:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time ("EDT") and ends the following Friday at 9:00 AM (EDT) ("Internet Entry Period(s)"). Each time a participant enters, he/she must complete all entry fields in addition to submitting the correct answer to the given week’s Show question in order to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for each correct answer submitted ("Internet Entry"). Information requested on the registration form consists of the following: first and last name, complete home address (including street address, city, state/province and zip/postal code), phone number and cell phone number, email address, and Union and Local ("Registration Information"). There is no fee to register. Limit one (1) Internet Entry per person/email address/per Show during the Sweepstakes Period. To enter by mail: Access the Brotherhood Outdoors web site at http://www.brotherhoodoutdoors.tv ("Web Site") or sweepstakes web page www.brotherhoodoutdoors.tv/contest or call the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s toll-free number (877-872-2211) to find out the question for each week’s Show. Legibly hand-print your first and last name, complete home address (including street address, city, state/province and zip code/postal code), telephone number and cell phone number, Union and Local, and the answer to that week’s question on a postcard (no larger than 6" x 8") and mail, with proper postage affixed to: Brotherhood Outdoors Watch and Win, Union Sportsmen’s Alliance, 3340 Perimeter Hill Dr., Nashville, TN 37211 ("Mail Entry"). Each Mail Entry must be correct for the corresponding week’s Show in order to be eligible. Each Mail Entry containing a correct answer must be received within five (5) days of the corresponding Show week, and will become the property of the Sponsor. If you do not have cable, satellite or access to Sportsman Channel, simply write “Brotherhood Outdoors” on the postcard instead of the answer to the given week’s question. The duration of each Show week is Friday at 9:00 AM (EDT) through Friday at 9:00 AM (EDT). The last Show Week’s Mail Entry(s) containing a correct answer must be received by 11:59 PM on Aug. 2, 2013. All Registration Information, Internet Entry information and Mail Entry information must contain correct answers and be completed in full (collectively "Entries"). Entries by the same person in excess of the limits stated herein will be disqualified. Participants can only register and participate in the Sweepstakes under one user ID and/or one email address. Once an email address or a user ID has been registered by a participant, that email address or user ID cannot be used by any other person at the Web Site. Proof of delivery or receipt of Entries will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of Entry. Any attempted form of Entry other than as described herein is void. Only one entry per envelope allowed. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited and all such entries are void. By participating, you consent for Sponsor to obtain, use, and transfer your name, address and other information for the sole purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, misdirected, stolen, postage-due registrations, entries or mail. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Internet Limitations of Liability: If for any reason this sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the sweepstakes in whole or in part, at any time, without notice and award the prizes using all non-suspect eligible entries received as of this termination date. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON (S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a fully-guided, 3-day Russian boar hunt at Wilderness Hunting Lodge in Tennessee. The package includes travel, license and permit, lodging, meals, meat processing and taxidermy service and is valued at approximately $4,999. There will be no cash substitutions. Winners are solely responsible for any and all expenses relative to participation in Sweepstakes (including acceptance of prize) not specified herein and is not entitled to the difference between the total approximate value and the actual value of the prize. All local, state and federal taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sales tax may vary from state to state and is the responsibility of the winner, not the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance or Sportsman Channel, to determine this value. No cash balance will be awarded if winner does not accept or use the entire prize. Prize package is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the prize (or any component thereof) is not available. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). Winner must execute liability/publicity releases prior to taking possession of prize. By accepting the prize, prize winner agrees to release Sweepstakes Entities from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or travelling to and from any prize-related activity.

Drawing and Notification: The winner will be selected, from among all eligible entries received, in a random drawing conducted on or about August 5, 2013 by the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and mail. Upon initial notification and verification of potential winners, confirmation will be sent to winners in writing via USPS mail or other home delivery service of Sponsor’s choice.

Prize Conditions: Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prize. Winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and return it within 5 days of written notification. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation.

Terms & Conditions: This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the sweepstakes or these Official Rules. Winners and entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance, Sportsman Channel, and their agencies and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and successor companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (hereinafter the "Released Parties") from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in any part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the sweepstakes mechanics and/or implementation will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Released Parties shall not be liable to any winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof by reason of any acts of God, any actions, regulations, orders, or requests by any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, war, fire, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
